Licensed wedding ministry, ceremonial catering, crystal gridding, and space clearing, brought to you by the Academy’s TEAMS. Every package is customizable, and every experience is built for the gathering you actually have. Se habla español.
Currently serving Utah and Massachusetts.
A great deal of this work travels perfectly well down a video call. Marrying two people does not. Neither does laying a grid through a house, clearing a room that has held something heavy, or feeding forty people who came a long way to be together.
These are the services the TEAMS bring to you: to your home, your venue, your land. What they share is a belief that the space, the words, and the food are all part of the same ceremony, and that treating them as separate is why so many events feel oddly hollow at the center.
A threshold marked well is a threshold you actually cross.
Every event is built as a marked container: ages, depth, flow, and agreements settled before anyone says yes, with trauma-informed care running through all of it. You can read exactly how the Academy holds its spaces in the Container Field Guide.
Book one, or braid several into a single customized package. Nothing here is a fixed menu item: each offering is shaped to your day, your people, and the place you are holding it.
Legally licensed to marry you, and equipped to make the ceremony mean something. Handfastings, vow renewals, elopements, commitment ceremonies, and full weddings, written with you rather than read at you. Traditional, ceremonial, or entirely your own invention.
Real food for real gatherings, led by the founder of the Academy's food literacy program. Healthy, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menus, built around your guests and their actual bodies. Food as part of the ceremony rather than an afterthought at the end of it.
A crystal and energetic grid laid through your home, venue, or land, holding the frequency you want the space to keep. Set for a single event, or built to stay and hold a home long after the guests go home.
Blessing and gridding the place you live: a home settled at a move-in, a house prepared for sale, a new build welcomed, or a space that has held something heavy given a fresh start. Land blessings included where the property calls for it.
Clearing a room, a home, a business, or a piece of land before you fill it with something new. Ideal at a move, a sale, an opening, a closing, or after a season the walls clearly absorbed.
Julie holds space for those already walking this path, in person and with great care. Neither Julie nor anyone in the Academy provides plant medicine: sourcing, supplying, and administering it sit entirely outside what we do. The way in is the Hero's Journey checkpoints, and the full policy lives on Julie's page.
The last one is not filler. Email us for unique cases and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold what you are describing.
For bigger gatherings the TEAMS arrive together: sound baths, breathwork, hypnosis, tarot, readings, energy resets, and land blessings, all held to the same Code of Ethics.
Tell us the shape of your day and we will propose who to bring and what it would cost as one quote rather than several.
Read the Code of Ethics ▸Send us as much detail as you have: the date, the place, the number of people, what you want to happen, and how you want everyone to feel when it is over. A rough idea is plenty to start.
We reply with what we would do, who we would bring, and what it would cost. Packages are customizable down to the last detail, and quotes include travel, agreed in writing before any contract is signed, so nothing about the number changes after you say yes.
We are currently serving Utah and Massachusetts, and we travel within and between both.
Ceremony belongs to everyone. If cost is the obstacle, say so in your first email and we will find an arrangement that works for all of us.
Tell us about your event ▸Planning is easier in conversation. Book a free fifteen minute call and we will shape the day together: the shape of the ceremony, who to bring, and what it takes to hold it well.
Click to book a free call ▸Yes. Our officiant is a licensed minister and can sign your marriage license. Requirements vary by state and county, so tell us where you are marrying and we will confirm exactly what your paperwork needs alongside planning the ceremony itself.
Most people do, and it is where this work shines. A wedding with the venue gridded beforehand, the space cleared that morning, the ceremony held, and the food carrying the same intention becomes one continuous piece rather than four vendors in a room together.
Every package is customizable, and combined events are quoted as a whole, which usually costs less than booking each piece separately.
Directly, and without making anyone feel like an inconvenience. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and allergy-conscious menus are standard rather than special requests, and we plan so that every guest eats the same beautiful meal wherever possible.
We are currently serving Utah and Massachusetts, and we travel within and between both. Travel costs are calculated into your quote and agreed in writing before any contract is signed, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Somewhere else? Write to us anyway. The map grows as the TEAMS grow, and we would rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no.
Write to us anyway. Some of the best events we have held began with someone describing a thing they had never seen anyone do. Every package is built to order, unique cases are genuinely welcome, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to hold it.
Sí. Oficiamos bodas y ceremonias en español, en inglés, o en las dos lenguas a la vez para familias bilingües.
Whether it is a wedding, a new house, a hard goodbye, or something that does not have a name yet, the TEAMS would be honored to hold it with you.
Tell us about your event ▸“Mark the threshold. You only cross it once.”
