The Hero’s Journey
Every great journey has a shape. This one follows the rainbow, and it starts under your own two feet.
You begin in the body. Red ground, red root, learning what safe actually feels like and discovering that you belong here. Then the water rises. Orange, and everything you have been carrying quietly: shame, boundaries, pleasure, and the abundance you were taught to stop asking for. You come up out of it into the fire. Yellow, and the question of your own worth, which is where you find out how brave you have been this whole time.
Green opens next, and it opens through grief. Forgiveness, compassion, and joy live on the far side of a heart you finally let crack. Blue hands you back the voice you swallowed. You say the true thing out loud and the room holds. Indigo sharpens your sight until intuition stops feeling like guessing and starts feeling like knowing.
Then violet, and the part of this that is larger than you. Surrender. Gratitude. Purpose. And then the walk back down. You land. You integrate. You put your hands on the ground again and feel how much has shifted underneath you.

Open the first phase and read it slowly. Check off what you have already lived, then write one line about what you noticed. Some phases take a week and some take a year, and both of those count. Everything you write saves right here in your browser, for your eyes only. Start wherever you actually are.
◆ Phase 1 · Arrive
You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to look.
The Hero's journey begins not with a grand decision but with a quiet yes. This phase is simply about showing up: finding the door and stepping through it.
◆ Phase 2 · Orient
Find your footing. No two paths look the same.
Every Hero arrives with different wounds, different gifts, and different questions. This phase is about figuring out what you actually need, without anyone telling you what that should be.
◆ Phase 3 · Choose your path
You get to decide what this looks like. We mean that.
This is where the Hero makes their first real choice. Not the only choice, since you can always change direction, but the first intentional step on YOUR path.
◆ Phase 4 · Do the work
Growth isn't always comfortable. It's always worth it.
The middle of the journey is where the real transformation happens, and where most people quit. This phase is about showing up even when it's hard, celebrating small wins, and trusting the process.
◆ Phase 5 · Integrate
The healing is in the integration, not just the experience.
Learning something and living it are two different things. This phase is about taking what you've discovered and actually building it into your daily life, making it yours.
◆ Phase 6 · Become a guide
Every Hero eventually becomes someone else's guide. That's how the ecosystem grows.
You arrived not knowing where to start. Now you know things. You've changed. You've grown. That transformation is worth something, and sharing it is part of how this works. By the people, for the people.

One journey, three ways
Pick the one that sounds like your brain. The logical road lays out the sequence, the step, the box to tick. The color coded one hands you the image and the meaning humming underneath it. The plain spoken one says it straight, for the days that call for that. Same spine, same thirty five checkpoints. Choose whichever you reach for first and switch whenever you like.

Three doors, one destination. Behind the first, everything comes mapped and labeled, so you always know where you stand and what is coming. Behind the second, it arrives as symbol, hue, and story, the way a dream tells you something before you can put words to it. Behind the third, someone who loves you sits you down and gives you the truth without decoration. All three open onto identical ground and identical work, and you are welcome to walk through every one of them.

In a single day you pick up other people's moods, the room's tension, the argument you only overheard, and none of it announces itself as borrowed. Hygiene is learning to tell what is actually yours, put the rest down on purpose, and close the day clean instead of carrying it into bed with you.

Energy Literacy 101
Awareness is the moment you can no longer say you did not know. You start noticing where your energy goes, who it goes to, and what it costs you, and that noticing does not let you off the hook. Once you can feel it, you get to choose what you do about it, and that choice is the responsibility. This session is about releasing what is stuck and resetting on purpose, because awareness without action is just a nicer word for stuck.
Good company, and something to read
Find the checkpoint you are standing in and read what the heroes ahead of you left there: the shortcut, the warning, the thing they wish somebody had told them first. Leave a note of your own for whoever comes next, then take a book with you for the stretch between here and the checkpoint after this one.
